"DJ si.mon.güey aka Si Mon' (or Sisi to the homies) is a San Francisco-based arts educator, director, and DJ. She is a proud member of Chulita Vinyl Club's Bay Area chapter and hails from Dallas, TX baby. This all-vinyl mix is a love letter to those records in her collection that she reserves for sunny Saturdays at home, all of which hold a special place in her lil corazón. It also reflects her love-it-all style of spinning, incorporating songs from an array of genres including (but never limited to) souldies, latin pop, psychedelic rock, slow jamz, smooth jazz, latin soul, some ambient stuff and afro-peruvian bangers.
